Shelby Steele's perspective was really interesting. He said how it is for something to try to correct a wrong in the past, but it can do more harm then good.
He goes on to state how hes a university professer, and his kids are middle class, and not on welfare.
I really enjoy how deeply he goes on to state his opinion, and how he feels about such a controversial issue. Affirmative Action was supposed to allow minorities and women to work in a place that doesn't hire them. Thus, increasing diversification inside a certain workplace.
